I love how my Mixbook wedding guestbook turned out! Months later and I look at it often. Mixbook was user-friendly AND customizable ( more so than I found other photo book companies and believe I started making a few.) They make beautiful products and I would definitely use them again.

Disappointed as paper not lying flat - looks like it has got wet and as not high quality paper it has buckled

Fantastic from start to finish. Way easier to use than other programs I have tried. Price was good, but what was really above and beyond was the customer service. If every company ran like this the world would be a happier place.

I created a memory book for a toddler who had died in a car accident and I used the cancer memory theme. I didn't want "cancer" in the title or anywhere on the paperwork and didn't know how to remove it. My question was answered quickly and thoroughly. Problem solved!

We were pleased with the book and the quality of the finished product was what we expected, with the exception of the brightness of the matte photos, which didn't seem to reflect the fullness of color as on screen. The product arrived well protected and on time.

We did feel that some of the instructions could have been clarified, e.g., when backgrounds on a page were changed several times, how to get back to the original without taking many reversal steps.

Also, a few more editing features would be helpful. Had to go back to my photo program to edit many photos before editing through Mixbook.

Customer service was great, however, having had a number of questions answered through the chat room ... and to my satisfaction.

Overall, we're very satisfied with the product and your company.
